How To Get Thick And Full Eyelashes With Extensions

Today’s big name celebrities and fashion influencers frequently have very thick and full eyelashes. Some fortunate few are born with these lashes. But most others achieve this look through artificial means. While there are medications such as lattise which cause growth of the eyelashes, a lot of the time thick eyelashes are achieved through the placement of eyelash extensions.

Eyelash extensions come in many forms; Typically they consist of silk, mink or a synthetic material. These fake eyelashes are fastened to your existing eyelashes via a semi-permanent glue. This is all typically performed by a trained technician or aesthetician; No optometrist or ophthalmologist is needed to get these lashes.

There exists a good spectrum of eyelash extensions; some cheaper and less detailed, some more expensive with considerable effort needed to get those perfect lashes. Cheaper lash extensions typically come in bundles of lashes that are quicker to apply but have a less “natural” appearance. More expensive lash extensions are painstakingly applied individually lash by lash to create a very seamless transition from natural lash to artificial lash.

But alas, while artificial lashes can perform well and look great, nothing good lasts forever. Over time, the natural eyelash is shed and replaced by another natural eyelash. The artificial eyelash, glued to the natural lash, is thus shed as well.
