How To Get Thick And Full Eyelashes With Latisse

Many people desire long and thick eyelashes. Some people are fortunate to be born with long lashes. Others look to artificial methods to create the appearance of long lashes. But what if there was a way to get naturally thick lashes? There is a way! The medication Latisse provides such a solution!

Latisse is a medication applied directly to the eyelashes. The eyelashes are then stimulated to grow nice and long and create the desired thick and full appearance. Latisse was actually discovered by accident. The active medication in Latisse is actually used to treat glaucoma. Patients taking that medication for glaucoma started to notice that their eyelashes became longer, fuller and thicker. This was technically a side-effect of that medication. But instead of this side-effect being harmful, it led to the creation of Latisse to achieve this goal!

There are a few side-effects to know about with Latisse. For some people, a reversible darkening can occur on the eyelid skin surrounding the eyelashes. More importantly, though, some people with light-colored irises (the colored part of the eye) can experience an irreversible darkening. So this medication does warrant caution for those with light blue, green or hazel eyes.

Other than that though, Latisse provides a great safe way to get the full and thick lashes you desire without having to worry about artificial lash extensions.
